As gross as avocado pudding sounds, this recipe is actually delicious. It is rich and chocolatey, smooth and creamy. This is a super easy dessert that you can throw together for a fancy dinner, or a casual weekend treat.

You can really use any healthy sweetener that you want, but since I only eat honey, I made this with honey. You can certainly adjust the amount of sweetener to your liking, just start with a small amount and keep tasting and adding until you hit just the right amount.

INGREDIENTS

For 4 servings:

3 ripe avocados
6 T honey
½ cup cocoa powder
1 can of coconut cream

DIRECTIONS

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until it is completely smooth. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. You can even make this a day or two ahead and the flavors will be even better!

Avocado chocolate pudding

Top with freshly whipped cream, strawberries, shredded coconut, cocoa nibs, or whatever sounds delicious.
