All the wonderful flavors of your favorite sushi roll without the work of rolling. A perfect, no cook, recipe for these hot summer nights!

1 pound crab meat
3T mayo
sriracha (optional)
1 english cucumber, diced
1 avocado, diced
pickled ginger

Open the can of crab meat into a large bowl and mix in the mayo, sriracha (if desired), cucumber and avocado.  Stir to combine.

You can do lots of different things at this point! You can take squares of nori, add ginger and wasabi, spoon on crab salad and eat! OR you can add strips of nori seaweed, your wasabi and ginger directly into the bowl and eat it with a fork. OR stuff it into another avocado and enjoy!
