Healthy and Easy Chicken Breast
1 pound chicken breast
1/4 cup Mayonnaise (Chosen Foods or Primal Kitchen avocado mayo)
1T fresh thyme, chopped
1T fresh oregano, chopped
1/4t onion powder
1/4t garlic powder
Heat oven to 400. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Place in a single layer in an ovenproof casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread the sauce over chicken.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170F.
