Chicken Wings with Ginger Sri Racha Sauce

2 pounds chicken wings
sea salt
pepper
olive oil

Sauce:
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tbs sri racha
salt
pepper
2 T chopped fresh cilantro

Preheat oven to 425.

In a bowl, combine wings with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to cover
Cover a sheet pan with foil and put a wire rack on top of it. Place the wings in a single layer on top of the rack and cook for one hour, flipping the wings half way through. You can crisp them at the end under the broiler if you like your wings crispy.

Meanwhile, heat the sauce ingredients in a pan and pour over the wings when they are done cooking. Garnish with the chopped cilantro.
