Broccoli slaw:

One bag organic broccoli slaw
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup apple juice sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup avocado oil
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Combine broccoli slaw, almonds and cranberries in a bowl.
Make the dressing by combining the vinegar, mustard and salt in a high speed blender. With the blender still running, slowly drizzle in the avocado oil. This will make the dressing creamy.
Garnish with pepper flakes if you like to add spice to your life!
