Shipping & Delivery
Fulfillment: Orders placed by 2 pm Mountain Standard Time ship the same day during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon PST on Fridays or days preceding observed holidays will not be shipped until the next business day after the weekend or holiday.
Please note that shipping during peak times may be delayed and we are not responsible for delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions.
Continental US, APO, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Shipping Policy:
Free Shipping: Dr. Eliza Klearman, ND, LAc, Inc. customers are eligible for free shipping on orders over $100.00 (before tax) to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping methods vary based on order weight and destination.
Shipping Times*
- Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- FedEx 2 day: 2 business days.
International Shipping
We quickly ship international orders to just about anywhere in the world via United States Postal Service or Federal Express. Delivery time depends on shipping address. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact local customs and/or the courier office regarding any additional and applicable customs, duties, or VAT charges. If an order is refused/returned, we will credit for the cost of the product only, not the shipping charges.
Important information about International Shipping with USPS:
- USPS International First Class Mail: Packages shipped with this method are NOT insured and CANNOT be tracked once they leave the United States. Seeking Health is not responsible lost or stolen packages.
- USPS Priority International Mail: RECOMMENDED FOR FASTER DELIVERY. Packages shipped with this method ARE insured and CAN be tracked once they leave the United States. Claims can be filed for lost packages. Dr. Eliza Klearman, ND, LAc, Inc. is not responsible for stolen packages.
Though not always, sometimes a package can be held in customs. This is typical when a shipment crosses a border. Dr. Eliza Klearman, ND, LAc, Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs.
