Baked Garlic Butter Chicken

Yummy Garlic Butter Chicken

This easy to make super delicious dish will quickly become a staple in your meal plan. Healthy, paleo friendly and tasty, all at the same time!

1/2 pound butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T rosemary, chopped
1 pound chicken breasts
salt and pepper
red pepper flakes
1/2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded (optional)

Heat oven to 350*.

On the stove over medium heat, melt butter in a sauce pan.  Add garlic and rosemary and heat until fragrant, just a minute or two.

Place the chicken breasts in a 9″ baking dish and season chicken with salt and pepper.  Pour the butter and garlic mix over the chicken and flip the chicken to make sure all is covered with the butter sauce.

Bake 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.  If you are using cheese, cover each chicken breast with cheese and broil 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and brown.

Serve with mashed cauliflower or zoodles.  Drizzle with left over sauce and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
