Delicious Paleo Friendly Milkshake

Paleo Friendly Lime Spiked Coconut Chocolate Chip Milkshakes

Makes 8 delicious paleo friendly servings.


1 13.5 oz can coconut cream (or if you can tolerate dairy, use 4 cups heavy whipping cream instead of coconut cream and coconut milk)
1 13.5 oz can full fat coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or whole milk
lime zest from one lime
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup Lily’s or Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
Garnish with chocolate chips, lime and/or coconut


To start, stir or blend together the coconut cream, coconut milk and salt.
Then freeze in small portions (such as an ice cube tray) or in a baking pan (so you can break it up before blending) for a couple of hours until mixture begins to firm up, but is not frozen solid.
Next transfer semi-frozen coconut base to a high speed blender, and then add the almond milk, lime zest and juice and blend until it looks like a milkshake!
Finally, stir in the chocolate chips, pour into some fancy glasses, garnish and serve immediately. Lastly, enjoy without harming your paleo diet!
