Super Simple Low and Slow Steak

Use any cut of steak you want- I used tenderloin.
Heat oven to 275 degrees.
Salt and pepper both sides of your steak and let it sit to bring to room temperature.
Cook your steak at 275 for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and heat a skillet over medium. When pan is hot, add 1 Tbs of butter and sear both sides of the steak. Delish!
